We are looking for an outstanding individual who will strive to provide the best service to our residents. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and will provide a responsive, solution focused service to all.
You will have a proven background of working in a contact centre or directly with members of the public, both face to face and over the phone as well as experience of logging repairs and raising job orders for external contractors. Your ability to be resilient and able to work under pressure whilst remaining empathetic and understanding is crucial.
