Job responsibilities:
- Contribute individually and as a member of a team to ensure service levels meet agreed client and internal standards.
- Handle all customer financial details such as customer account information, credit card details and banking account information with relevant integrity and confidentiality.
- Deliver a quality service to all customers to ensure customer and client satisfaction.
- Achieve and deliver effective level of personal work, activities, and high level of performance to meet individually set objectives.
Job requirements:
- Minimum 12-24 months unbroken call centre customer service experience.
- A clear credit and criminal record.
- Ability to speak, read and write fluently in English.
- Customer focused.
- An enthusiastic, positive and motivated outlook.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Both customer and quality focused.
- Previous experience of dealing with customers via telephone.
- Work towards individual and team targets.
- Minimum monthly salary (dependent on experience) + shift allowance.
- Week-end shift allowance for working weekend shift.
- Earn up to 20% of your basic salary as a performance incentive (based on KPI’s).
