Job responsibilities:
- This position involves interacting with customers and providing advice on products/services.
- The employee will be liaising with customers who have arrear accounts and providing customer service whilst adhering to all regulatory requirements in an inbound and outbound call centre.
- Handling customer satisfaction and complaints.
- Resolve Customer Queries.
- Ensure that appropriate action is taken during and following any contact with a customer.
- To accurately capture information.
- To provide exceptional Service to UK Customers.
Job requirements:
- Matric or Grade 11
- Neutral Accent and fluent in English.
- At least 1 year customer service experience.
- An understanding of the UK market is advantageous.
- Ability to work rotational shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Customer service skills.
- Negotiation/persuasion and objection handling skills.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
- Resolving conflict.
- Listening skills.
- Telephonic skills.
- Excellent command of the English language (fluent and clear).
- This is a permanent position, basic salary and free transport available.
