The successful applicant will be responsible for meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets through outbound telephonic selling and will be required to actively sell products  within a pressurized environment.
Main Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Conduct outbound calls and selling products.
- Will have to be proven closers with ability to convince clients? to accept product.
- Ability to accurately assess customer needs and potential, identify and deal with objections that may arise.
- Be comfortable with the sales process and show the ability to meet targets.
- Ability to sell high volumes of policies whilst insuring call of high quality.
- Ability to handle complaints as well as conflict telephonically.
- Attention to detail
Skills and Experience:
Minimum Requirements:
- MS Office literate
- Excellent communication both verbal and written
- Computer literacy in both MS Word Excel Cooperative and empathetic to colleagues and customers
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Grade 10 to Grade 12 /Matric
- Credit Criminal Clear
- 0-2 years outbound sales experience
