Responsibilities:
- Receive in-bound communications from customers
- Quickly determine customer needs and provide answers to their questions or solutions to their problems as required
- Deliver a highly personalised and exceptional customer service experience
- Assign more complex customer queries to the appropriate internal team
- Monitor progress and resolution of customer queries
- Communicate empathically and tactfully to manage customer expectations
