- Confident and friendly telephone skills
- Accurate data inputting skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Self-motivated
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- PC skills using MS Office E.g. Excel, PowerPoint
- Confident and professional
- Minimum of Matric (grade 12)
- IT qualification (preferable) or A+ Certification
- 3 Months relevant work experience
- Willing to work shifts
