Job requirements:
- Based in Tygervalley, successful candidates will need to be prepared to work weekends and up to 1am in the morning as part of a shift rotation
- Full training will be provided
- English speaking
- High attention to detail with accuracy in capturing data
- Excellent Customer service skills through telephone, live chat and written emails
- Good numeracy
- IT literacy
- Matric
- 1-2 years’ experience in customer services role
- Proficiency in Word, Excel and email
- Sports knowledge is advantageous
- Own transport is a must
Job responsibilities:
- Dealing and responding to service requests from customers
- Data entry for daily reporting
- Monitoring the business activity
- General administration
