Customer Service Agents (Insurance Industry)
Requirements:
- Matric is essential
- At least one year’s call-centre customer service experience, ideally with working knowledge of the insurance industry
- Must be articulate with a clear and neutral accent
- Computer literacy skills is non-negotiable (ability to multitask and work on multiple systems at the same time)
- Clear ITC Record
- Clear Criminal Record
- Previous experience working in the Insurance Industry would be highly advantageous
Duties and Roles:
- Maintain, manage and grow relationships with customers
- Assisting customers with all requests via phone and email correspondence
- Updating the relevant systems with accurate information
- Upselling and retention of customers
Salary: Market-related (this will be negotiated at interview
