A customer service clerk/arranging officer is needed at a reputable company in the PMB area.

- Ability to Converse in ZULU is a MUST
- 2- 3 years of experience required:
- Strong coordination, administration and customer service experience.
- Strong logistical experience (process and control ability).
- Preference will be given to previously disadvantaged groups
Job responsibilities:
- Interface with the customer. Capture customer needs accurately as basis to deliver exceptional service levels.
- Manage and coordinate event arranging services in the cluster.
- Drive sales targets.
- Event planning.
