South African Airways company is looking for a Customer Service Consultant to manage the CSI Programme and to assist in the Customer Care Department.
If you have experience in the Customer Service Industry and speak fluent English, you can use it to land this incredible opportunity.
Working in a fun and dynamic Customer Service environment, this role requires a positive 'can do attitude' with a high level of customer service focus.
Previous experience in either Contact Centre or Customer Service Sales is a must.
Minimum Requirements:
1 year experience in a Contact Centre would be a huge advantage.
Matric (Grade 12).
Great communication skills with a clear and precise telephone etiquette.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Computer literacy using a keyboard and mouse.
Excellent Customer Service skills and a positive, customer focused attitude.
Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:00 and Saturdays – 08:00 – 13:00
