Looking for a customer service consultant in Kingsborough.
Job responsibilities:
- Deal with telephonic queries from clients and brokers.
- Log all queries.
- Update clients on progress of queries.
- Be responsible for handling admin tasks including keeping accurate, detailed stats of all queries and correspondence.
- Providing quality feedback to line manager.
- Routing of queries to the correct department.
