Location: Cape Town (CBD)

The basics - to apply you’ll need:
- A Matric or equivalent
- 6 months’ unbroken work experience within customer service
- Candidates from Retail / Hospitality and fresh from university will also be considered for this position
- Good written and verbal communications skills
- Good Computer skills (MS Office)
Main duties include (but are not limited to)
· Providing telephonic and email customer service support to international customers
· Ensuring that transactions are processed according to company standards
· Ensuring that the assigned targets are met
· Ensuring high quality standards are maintained within predefined parameters
· Ensuring adherence to the company’s policies and procedures
· Ensuring fair methods are used to upsell additional cover as per guidelines given
· Focusing on customer satisfaction, rapport building, effective communication and timely resolution of the customer’s concerns
