Service Coordinator / Contract / KentOverview:One of the UKs largest housing providers is seeking a Service Coordinator to ensure that all repair enquiries are recorded and dealt with in an effective and efficient manner.The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in a maintenance call centre environment.The overall purpose of the Service Coordinator is ensure external and internal customers are put first.Role & Responsibilities of the Service Coordinator:
  • Ensure all repair enquiries are recorded
  • Ensure all repair enquiries are dealt with in an effective and efficient manner
  • Ensure all performance targets set by the business, are met
  • Ensure integrity of customers data
Essential Skills & Experience of the Service Coordinator:
  • General office administration
  • Good computer skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Organisational skills
  • Honest, trustworthy and conscientious
  • Good communication skills
  • Previous experience working in a maintenance call centre environment is desirable
Package:
  • 13.72ph PAYE
