Service Coordinator / Contract / KentOverview:One of the UKs largest housing providers is seeking a Service Coordinator to ensure that all repair enquiries are recorded and dealt with in an effective and efficient manner.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in a maintenance call centre environment.The overall purpose of the Service Coordinator is ensure external and internal customers are put first.
Role & Responsibilities of the Service Coordinator:- Ensure all repair enquiries are recorded
- Ensure all repair enquiries are dealt with in an effective and efficient manner
- Ensure all performance targets set by the business, are met
- Ensure integrity of customers data
Essential Skills & Experience of the Service Coordinator: - General office administration

- Good communication skills
- Previous experience working in a maintenance call centre environment is desirable
