Customer service provider needed

A full-time position as our customer service provider in the busy, reputable printing & services business in Claremont has become available.

Job requirements:

  • You will manage our sales counter taking and fulfilling customer orders in the stationery as well as the print shop.
  • Matric minimum, tertiary education preferable
  • Established computer skills in all MS Office applications, CorelDraw and DTP experience would be an asset
  • Clear and concise oral and written English communication skills
  • Excellent telephone manner, able to process calls quickly and effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail, neatness and accuracy
  • A warm, friendly personality.
