Minimum Requirements For The Role
- Must have completed a national senior certificate
- A tertiary qualification would be an added advantage
- Minimum 2 years administration experience within a sales (local and exports) environment, ideally in the Agricultural Chemicals industry
- Must be computer literate with advanced excel and SAP experience
- Processing orders, current and back orders.
- Managing stock levels at the depots as per regional demand.
- Processing daily, weekly and monthly POs.
- Balancing stock on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Sourcing stock from internal depots.
- Arranging transport in coordination with the supply team.
- Liaising with the relevant internal contacts to source stock.
- Liaising with the Commercial Operations Manager regarding production and stock availability.
- Working with the transport coordinator to ensure loads are timeously dispatched.
- Dealing directly with warehouse management and staff regarding picking slips and availability of stock.
- Ensuring constant and up to date communications with customers at all times regarding stock availability, load schedules and delivery dates.
- Developing and growing close working relationship in order to ensure top service levels.
