The TeamYou will form part of our dedicated in-house Customer Service team. The team consists of 6 team members, each responsible for certain brands in the WSA portfolio. Because you are customer facing, you will be seen as the face of the brand that you represent.
Your daily tasks will mainly consist of handling and resolving customer queries and will require you to also work closely with the rest of the WSA team to do so. You will be expected to be able to work in a highly-pressurised environment at a fast pace, with continuous growth and learning opportunities. You will report to our Head of Customer Service.
The Role
As our new Customer Service Rep, your main responsibilities will be the following:
- Customer Service: Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer enquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Customer relations and Product Training
- Hands on Customer support and Audiological Consultation
- Team work with internal operational teams such as placement of orders with Logistics department, following up on promised delivery dates etc
- Maintaining Good Professional Relationships with all customers
- Advanced product and audiological knowledge
- Good Corporate Communication skills
- Always adhering to the requirements and prescriptions of the Quality Management Policy as described in the Quality Management Manual.
To summarize, we are hoping to see the following qualifications in you:
- Bachelor in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology degree / Bachelor in Audiology degree
- 3-5 Years audiological experience
- Product knowledge is an advantage
