Job requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 years’ experience providing exceptional customer service.
- Experience working within the Financial Services Industry or similar Regulated Industry (highly advantageous).
- Have an excellent command on the English language.
- Curious, Team Spirited and Big Hearted.
- A positive mind-set with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Have the ability to effectively question customers to find the root cause of their query and translate this in to real actions to maintain a happy customer.
- An exceptionally driven and motivated individual with the passion to succeed in a fast paced environment.
- Have the ability to build rapport with customers giving a human touch to the conversation.
- Maintain campaign performance, quality, regulatory and compliance standards.
- Please note: as you will be required to take customer payments, credit and criminal record checks will be carried out.
