Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Effectively resolve customer issues, striving for first-call resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.

- Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative in telecommunications/insurance/financial/logistics or healthcare industries (minimum of 2 years).
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to empathize and effectively handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing platforms.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite and web-based applications.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
- Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to navigate between multiple systems and applications simultaneously.

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields is a plus.
