Job requirements:
- Basic communication skills.
- Team player.
- Listening skills and excellent attitude as key skills required.
- Required candidate should be within the age limit of 18 to 35.
- Grade 12.
- Able to work in Midrand, Sandton, Randburg.
- Flexibility to operate in shifts.
- We only seek for committed individuals and wages will range from R 5000 to 15000 and will revised after three months period.
- Experienced and inexperienced applicants are all welcome as basic Ttraining will be provided.
Job responsibilities:
- Obtaining client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients & verifying information.
- Determining eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.
- Establishing policies by entering client information & confirming pricing.
- Informing clients by explaining procedures; answering questions and providing information.
- Maintaining communication equipment by reporting problems.
- Maintaining and improving quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
- Updating job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.
- Accomplishing sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
