In this role, youll ensure that our agents provide quality service while supporting the meaningful work of our clients primarily non-profit organisations. WHAT YOULL BE DOING:
- Lead a team of enthusiastic sales agents to meet and exceed targets.
- Set individual and team targets to ensure success.
- Help recruit, train, and develop agents to handle customer interactions professionally.
- Monitor and evaluate performance, offer constructive feedback and coach agents.
- Assist agents with tough questions or challenging calls.
- Provide immediate solutions to team concerns and maintain a productive work environment.
- Create and maintain call scripts for agents.
- Collaborate with management to identify areas for improvement and streamline operations.
- Ensure team compliance with objectives, performance standards, and company policies.
- Keep agents informed and ensure they have comprehensive knowledge of the organisations they represent.
- Foster a clean, organised, and positive workspace.
- Proven experience as call centre supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English (speak, read and write).
- Proficiency in MS Office and general computer literacy.
- Strong time management skills and leadership abilities.
- Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
- Valid matric (Grade 12) or equivalent certificate.
- Clear criminal record.
- Own transport is essential.
