Key Responsibilities
Contribute individually and as a member of a team to ensure service levels meet agreed client and internal standards
Handle all customer financial details such as customer account information, credit card details and banking account information with relevant integrity and confidentiality
Deliver a quality service to all customers to ensure customer and client satisfaction
Achieve and deliver effective level of personal work, activities, and high level of performance to meet individually set objectives
Knowledge and Experience:
Matric with English as a first language
Minimum 6-12 months unbroken Call Centre Customer Service Experience
A clear credit and criminal record
Ability to speak, read and write fluently in English
Customer focused
An enthusiastic, positive and motivated outlook
Good communication skills both written and verbal
Both customer and quality focused
Previous experience of dealing with customers via telephone
Work towards individual and team targets\
Minimum monthly salary (dependent on experience) + Shift Allowance
Week-end shift allowance for working weekend shift
Earn up to 20% of your basic salary as a performance incentive (based on KPI’s)
Basic Salary R5000-R6250
