Job responsibilities:
- You will provide a world class level of service to customers on the phone and by email and support business development by providing a support to the Sales team.
- In addition you will produce reports for management.
- Processing client orders. Checking credit information and pricing / delivery information.
- Handling enquiries from customers and Sales - products, deliveries, pricing, credit notes, returns, etc.
- Liaising with other internal departments.
- Creating new customer accounts.
- Managing client data on the internal system.
- Completing regular reports.
Job requirements:

- Ability to multi task.
- Highly organised.
- Able to prioritise.
- Accurate data entry and management.
- MS Office, including Excel.
- Able to travel easily to Southgate on a daily basis.
