Key Responsibilities
- Customer Retention: Answer inbound retention queries, make sales, save accounts, and provide excellent customer service.
- Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders in the appropriate systems.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly performance targets.
- Database Maintenance: Update and manage database reports related to customer interactions and retention activities.
- Proactive Outreach: Reach out to customers to encourage contract renewals.
- Sales & Customer Service Experience: Experience in a customer-facing, fast-paced sales environment is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Ability to build rapport with customers quickly and communicate effectively.
- Enthusiasm: A strong work ethic and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional service.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, with resilience and a proactive mindset.

- Work-from-Home: This is a primarily remote position. Youll need your own reliable laptop, strong fibre internet connection, noise-cancelling headset, and a quiet work environment. A monthly working-from-home and connectivity allowance will be provided.
- Team Collaboration: Although remote, we require occasional in-person meetings and training with your team. Ideally, candidates should be based in or around Johannesburg.
- Contract Length: This is initially a 3-month contract, with the potential for a permanent position based on performance.
