Position: Customer Success Consultant (Fintech Industry)

Location: Gauteng/Bedfordview

Salary: R15 000 - R20 000 (Depending on experience)

Position Overview

Our client is looking for a vibrant, dynamic and energetic person with a passion for customer service to assist them in building world class customer relationships with their existing and prospective customers.

Position Requirements
  • Minimum of Grade 12, a certificate or diploma in customer care or CRM systems would be advantageous.
  • Customer Service Experience of at least 2 years.
  • A high level of numeracy and computer literacy skills in MS Office.
  • Must be willing to work every second weekend.
  • Own/Reliable transport and being bale to travel from time to time.
  • Ability to converse in multiple languages.
Responsibilities
  • The most important function of the customer service consultant will be to delight our customers with first call resolution support and assistance whilst maintaining excellent relationships.
  • Accurately logging calls with detailed information on our customer business system.
  • Applying effective assistance and training to customer users on systems.
  • Act as the liaison between the customer and the business.
  • Represent the customer to the rest of the business by becoming the customers advocate.
  • Effectively communicate both orally and written.
  • Ensure escalations processes are enforced and maintained effectively.
  • Being proactive with own development and company knowledge using available learning resources on a daily basis.
  • Retain ownership of and manage customer queries within appropriate turnaround times.
  • Providing administrative support to the business development executives and dealing with internal & external customers on any business related queries.
  • Identify the need for upselling & cross-selling.
