To grow new business, maintain current business, drive, and be fully accountable for efficient and profitable operational service delivery in line with Client Service Level Agreements and Pricing Schedules.
Qualification And Experience
- Grade 12
- Up to 2 years of supervisory or HR generalist
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience
- 2-3 years generalist recruitment sourcing experience
- Computer Literacy
- Ability to communicate well in English, both verbal and written
- Strong administration skills
- Covering the entire process of recruitment with the Clients and Candidates, from consulting on the head count through to the qualifying of a job description
- Perform business development activities to grow new business from BD calls, client meetings, and negotiations to the conclusion of on-boarding documents.
- Engage with clients telephonically and in person to retain and grow current business
- Daily candidate management including performing HR and IR processes and regular site visits
- Manage timesheet processing, ensuring timesheets are collected, captured correctly and processed timeously and in accordance to payroll deadlines.
- Obtain business recruitment needs from various Business Units within the organization
- Loading of job requisitions
- Conduct Recruitment Strategy Discussions, with Hiring Managers, in line with job description requirements
- Preparing adverts to be posted to business and social media via Kelly marketing
- Post jobs on various platforms
- Researching Talent Acquisition in the market place
- Sourcing on a number of job portals for suitable candidates
- Head Hunting and networking with suitable candidates on LinkedIn
- Response handling of applications on applicable Temp ATS system
- Screening applicants from applicable Temp ATS system
- Pre-screening interviews of suitable candidates
- Conducting verification checks and references on selected candidates
- Scheduling assessments with an external supplier where required
- Obtaining all offer detail information from selected candidates in terms of salaries and benefits
- Co-ordinate, recommend and collaborate to inform incumbent of an offer
- Compile an appointment recommendation report in line with clients policies
- Communicate and provide regret letters to unsuccessful shortlisted candidates
- Set up sessions with internal declined candidates and Hiring managers to provide concise feedback
- Assist with the on-boarding of successful candidates
- Handle the on boarding documents directly with the onboarding team
- Conducting exit interviews
- Provide monthly reports in terms of Talent Acquisition KPIs, and other ad-hoc reports required by the client
- Running relevant reporting platforms pending approvals and open requisitions
- Responsible for the recruitment statistics on a weekly basis
- Seeks to establish and service relationships with clients and colleagues to improve the effective and efficient execution of objectives in line with business requirements.
