Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our client's team in the laboratory sector, Midrand Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the company's product catalogue to ensure maximum product performance.
  • Supervise sales representatives to drive sales and achieve company targets.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring optimal organization and efficiency.
  • Handle HR-related issues promptly and professionally, maintaining a harmonious office environment.
  • Develop strategies for lead generation to increase customer base.
  • Create and maintain accurate sales forecasts and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
  • Utilize strong financial acumen to develop consistent and accurate flow projections.
Requirements
  • 1. Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role.
  • Laboratory equipment/supplies industry experience
  • Strong organizational and management skills.
  • Excellent leadership capabilities with a resilient personality.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and policies.
  • Exceptional forecasting and pipeline management skills.
  • Superior interpersonal skills and ability to forge relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work autonomously.
