We are seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our client's team in the laboratory sector, Midrand Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the company's product catalogue to ensure maximum product performance.
- Supervise sales representatives to drive sales and achieve company targets.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring optimal organization and efficiency.
- Handle HR-related issues promptly and professionally, maintaining a harmonious office environment.
- Develop strategies for lead generation to increase customer base.
- Create and maintain accurate sales forecasts and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
- Utilize strong financial acumen to develop consistent and accurate flow projections.
- 1. Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role.
- Laboratory equipment/supplies industry experience
- Strong organizational and management skills.
- Excellent leadership capabilities with a resilient personality.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and policies.
- Exceptional forecasting and pipeline management skills.
- Superior interpersonal skills and ability to forge relationships with key stakeholders.
