Job responsibilities:
- As an account manager you will help ComX to move into the next phase of growth working directly with the management team (Ex Google, Accenture and GE).

- In true start-up manner, you may end up helping across departments and tackling many different tasks. In our fast paced environment our team supports each other to remove roadblocks and tackling issues when needed.
- Manage our constantly growing client portfolio on an in depth level, building and streamlining processes for the growing organisation (20 clients + portfolio)
- Engage with clients on a day to day basis creating 100% client satisfaction. Make our clients campaigns with ComX a success.
- Establishing ongoing client interaction and negative churn and constant portfolio growth
- Manage and build the Customer Success department and grow with ComX
Job requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree is a plus (Business, Engineering, Social Sciences)
- Experience in management consulting / sales / marketing ops/ digital and online
- Experience in B2B direct marketing, CRM or sales development.
- International work or education experience (preferably in Europe)
- Technology savvy
- Tools: Zendesk, CRM, Google Suite, Project management tools,
- High reliability, great team player but also works independently
- Service-oriented A Level personality – You are motivated by helping and making a difference for our customers
- Genuine interest in getting things done
- Organised, methodical, productive and result driven
- Eager to deliver results and go the extra mile
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
- Comfortable in a flexible, remote working environment.
