Job responsibilities:
- Telephone Processing
- Mail/Fax processing
- Order processing
- Collaboration with managers and IT
- Playing a strategic role in contributing to the developments of the customer support dept.
Job requirements:
- Matric
- Basic computer skills
- At least 2 years working experience in customer services or sales
- Proven record of customer service; either through telephone, online web-support, face-face, etc.
- Excellent spoken & written communication skills
