Key Responsibilities:
- Swiftly respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone, ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring no detail is overlooked
- Collaborate closely with teammates to ensure every customer enjoys a seamless experience from start to finish
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems as needed to ensure satisfaction
- Proficiency in both written and verbal English
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks with ease
- A suitable environment for taking phone calls and a personally-owned PC or laptop with a minimum of 15 Mbps upload & download speed. A backup internet connection (10 Mbps) is also required upon hiring
