We are looking for an outstanding front line support person to be based in Cape Town to assist with First Line Client Support. Our office is based in Rondebosch and the position is available immediately.
Job requirements:
- The position is available for Cape Town applicants only.
- Offer Product Support to all end users, ensuring the highest level of product knowledge and excellent client service.
- Offer same day turn around on email inquiries and provide consistent effective support.
- Must have worked in the gym industry for at least 3 years.
- Maintains high standards of time management and works accurately under pressure.
- Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to work proactively and effectively with minimal supervision.
- Computer literate, general operational knowledge of computers required.
- Must be team-oriented, possess a positive attitude and work well with others.
- Must show demonstrated dedication to providing quality customer service internally and externally.
