Am looking for a job to work as a Production or restaurant manager. I have 8 years experience of food industry, I worked 5 years in airline catering as Production Manager and 3 years on food manufacturing industry. Am production planner working with sage system, stock controller (yield). am good hygiene enforcer I do disciplinary hearings if necessary, I respond/ answer customer complaints, I am food and safety team member trained FSSC22000VS 5. Also accountable to do job cards for maintenance and non - conformance report. Signing off of wastage.
