I have 20+ years Senior HR Management (Exco) experience (9 years as Group HR/IR Manager), successfully managing all the areas that fall within the HR ambit such as training and development, performance management, succession planning, ER, HR strategy, remuneration, BEE, recruitment and induction, mentoring, budgeting and projects. In addition have also managed Health and Safety and Security. I have vast experience in dealing with major Trade Unions and have represented Companies at the CCMA and Bargaining Council to arbitration level and prepared for the Labour Court.

I have many years of experience in Retail dealing with office admin, cash up, scheduling, shrinkage, hiring of new Staff and continuous training of old and new staff members.I was also involved in HR/IR related cases. I also worked at Capitec Bank as a Branch manager where I was responsible for the Branch and the employees.Reading and understanding all reports and financial reports with action plans, bad debt as well as new clients. I worked at FS Projects (transport and logistics) as an administrator dealing with capturing of waybills, fuel usage etc.

I am looking for an HR or IR job whether a manager, practitioner or officer position. I have a National Diploma in Chemical Engineering and an Advanced Diploma in General Management. I have major subjects, including financial management, strategic leadership and management, business strategy, operational effectiveness and organisational behaviour. I have experience of more than 24 years of work experience, specialising, in labour relations, leadership, people management, planning, collective bargaining and writing reports. I served on several boards including the current, among other things, Transport Education Training Authority (TETA), Mpumalanga Economic Development and Tourism. I am also a member of Institute of Directors South Africa (IODASA)
