I am looking for a job in either project management or maintenance foreman without any certificate qualifications I do have 20 years of life experience in the construction industry. My current position involves taking on new projects, allocation of workers, securing safety protocols, adhering to site rules and regulations and requirements, dropping employees early on - site, setting out daily tasks and that project deadline are met within favourable time brackets as well as the fitting and supplying of material for building renovations such as plumbing, painting, tiling etc. I have over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry where I have developed myself from the ground up to the position that I hold proudly today. I am a foreman however I can pitch in various roles if need be if there is a shortage of staff or tight deadlines where it is required for job to be fast paced I am capable of taking on big and small tasks, work independently on my own, and have been proven a great team players as well as an even better team leader I am in charge of all staff who report directly to me and assist other teams to attending to their projects and staff I pride myself on the quality of work that I deliver and consider myself a perfectionist with a great eye to attention to detail. I am also in charge of the quality control of the sites that I run. My work ethics are based on my integrity and values. I believe to give equal levels of quantity and quality. I lei haze telephonically and via correspondence with all clients and am in charge of submitting all invoices, with that I do have good basic computer skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
