With a diverse background in research psychology, project management, and education, I am confident in my ability to contribute effectively to teams and support the mission of the company. My experience as a Research Psychology Intern and Project Administrator at North - West University has equipped me with strong research skills, data analysis expertise, and project management abilities. I have successfully managed projects from inception to completion, disseminated research findings effectively, and demonstrated proficiency in report writing. I have also recently, completed a semester abroad (Belgium), with a strong focus on marketing, business management and customer relations. My advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, as well as data analysis software, positions me well to complete market research projects. As a Lecturer in Community Psychology, I have honed my communication and presentation skills while contributing to the academic development of master's students. Additionally, my background in human resources and training and development has provided me with a deep understanding of organisational dynamics and the importance of fostering a positive learning environment.

As an Industrial Psychology and Communication graduate I have acquired a vast experience in leading the teams for over 10 years; from having weekly meeting where issues of planning, setting goals and developing solutions where there are challenges. Recruitment, selection, orientation, training and development. Management of resources through performance monitoring, coaching, identifying risks and accountability. Facilitation of Employee Wellness Programmes planned for the financial year throughout the province and writing monthly, quarterly and annual reports. Counselling and referring employees for professional help so that they may be productive in their work and balance they work - life when at home. Assisting the referred employee with after - care services and develops tools to monitor and develop sustainable behavioural change. Identifying gaps and need for improvement for individuals and groups. Planning of quarterly Health Screening, monthly Financial Management Talk, Healthy Living, and Chronic Management in the workplace; which improved the wellness of employees. Conducting trainings of line managers, organised labour representatives, Peer Educators, OHS officers, First Aiders, Fire Fighters, Gender Focal Persons; which improved information sharing within the organisation Working in a unionised environment balanced the continuous engagement with the employee in terms of policy, procedures and circulars that at times needed to be interpreted in vernacular language, where I was much involved. As a Committee Member for both Gender Forum and Health and Safety Committee; one have a responsibility of capacitating and update roe players and stakeholders with continuous engagement in achieve set goals or completing planned tasks. The issues of sexual harassments in the workplace, balancing gender powers in employment, removing of stigma to people living with HIV, health and safety of employee formed one of my strengths in presenting these issues to both employee and management. Developing and or aligning policies and procedures in the workplace. Problems solving; quality management, cost and analysis; presentation and reporting writing.

Working as an Assistant in Directors office helped me to have knowledge of government Administration, knowledge of Public service prescripts and ethics in Public service, we also had to work long hours planning and organising the project. I was creating memorandum for External training and handling the in and out going email along with telephone techniques. Keeping records of payments processed on a daily basis. Handling the internal and external bursary holders and their information by typing confidential documents. My flexibility and desire to explore more in various fields.
