I am a Human Resources Specialist and HR Business Partner residing in Nelspruit, Mpumalangu and have 10+ years of exceptional track record in driving human resource and administration initiatives along with associated areas of talent acquisition, training and development, talent management, compensation strategies and benefits.
I current network on community platforms with over 700 Human Resource Professionals nationwide. Having established these platforms along with a colleague based in Gauteng, we now administer and oversee platforms in Gauteng, Limpopo, Western Cape, Northern Cape and Mpumalangu.
Due to the establishment of these communication platforms and my skills in thought leadership, I have a regular weekly national audience to whom I articulate global developments in human resources management.

As apparent from my CV, I have had a wide range of exposure and hands-on experience in managing strategic HRM, employee relations, succession planning, performance and reward management, implementation of Human Resources Information Systems, strategic planning, HR compliance, HR policy and process development and maintenance in diverse industries nationally and internationally.
My innate managerial expertise in HR solutions has been the key to the successful completion of a litany of impressive assignments and achievements to my credit. I possess valuable insight, keen analysis and team approach to implement best HR practices. I am a versatile & competent professional honed with a deep understanding of HR strategic roles in different types of organizations and employment contexts.
I have extensive knowledge of all South African legislative frameworks within the Human Resources context. These include Labour Law legislation – Case Law, CCMA rules, BCEA, EEA and Skills Development.
Whilst in Nelspruit and in an HR consultancy basis, I have been actively involved with SME’s in diversified industries and thus participated, resolved and handled varied HR related projects.
I also lecture in a part-time capacity for education facilities in the subjects of Human Resources Management and Labour Relations, Management of Communications and Personnel Management as wel as Labour Law.
