I am a hard working, and highly motivated individual who strives in excellent customer service. I have experience as a waitron, a cashier, customer service agent as well as a switchboard consultant and working in these different sectors has helped me develop and improve my skills, personality and character.

I have good time management skills , I am people oriented, I am good at problem solving and conflict resolution. I have good accuracy skills and pay attention to detail but most importantly I have excellent customer service as I have a great relationship with my customers, I handle complaints very well and do my very best to make sure that customers receive the best service when served by me.
