I have a diploma in HR and have worked as a control officer I have learned alot in that environment we worked with dispatching vehicle, speaking to clients answering inbound and outbound calls, writting dockets and also monitoring videos in premises and business.The work was controllable as i learned to work very hard for the company and be productive.
