I am a seasoned and competent Chef who is highly motivated, have a passion for excellence and a drive for innovation, offering more than four years of experience working in fast food kitchen. I am skilled at staying focused and efficient in high-stress situations and maintaining calmness in busy times. I have experience working in leading teams and cross-functional team structures. Moreover, I had earned an opportunity to be selected amongst 10 of the best students to work with Executive Chef Phillip Castle from Cape Royal at MyPond 4 Star Boutique Hotel for 80 hours of service. I have volunteered in campus catering events and catered in a high volume off site for Social Development youth camps for more than 300 people for 6 days.
Throughout my years of employment, I have also played the roles of a Stock counter, Waitressing, and a General Assistant. The opportunity to competently perform in the roles has equipped me with the necessary knowledge and skills to clearly articulate customer problems, solving these problems to meet customer needs.
