I am an experienced supervisor in the cleaning and housekeeping environment. I am a flexible, motivated individual who is able to work in a busy environment and produce high standard of work. I am an excellent team worker and also able to work individually. I am seeking employment which will allow development, growth and and make use of my existing skills.
Supervised a team 13 - 35 members in cleaning through my years and 9 housekeeping team( conducting trainings, inspections, problem solving, filling/paper management).
Promoted within 7 months due to my strong performance and organizational impact - ahead of schedule by 6 months. started the monthly staff training in reminding them what is expected from them by the company and clients. it increased the workers performance from 20% to 70% in 3 months.
