To provide the infrastructure in which all maintenance activities are being made possible and easy (Maximo functional location structure complete with equipment, assemblies and bills of material).to manage the weekly schedule process of the necessary work activities in effective utilisation of the available workforce to maximise plant availability and comply with statutory and legal requirements.to eliminate unplanned maintenance waste and losses by daily evaluation and through failure analysis in determining root causes complete with preventative measures. To provide monthly management reports on maintenance performance and effectiveness for continuous improvement. To provide shutdown and project plans through the application of world class principles and techniques that minimise risks and enable effective shutdown execution processes. to manage the entrenchment of Maximo business procedure applications through observations, daily and weekly audits and reporting on deviations in creating ownership within these maintenance planning and work execution processes. Determining the MTBF,MTTR,etc on the equipment.
