I have 20+ years Senior HR Management (Exco) experience (9 years as Group HR/IR Manager), successfully managing all the areas that fall within the HR ambit such as training and development, performance management, succession planning, ER, HR strategy, remuneration, BEE, recruitment and induction, mentoring, budgeting and projects. In addition have also managed Health and Safety and Security. I have vast experience in dealing with major Trade Unions and have represented Companies at the CCMA and Bargaining Council to arbitration level and prepared for the Labour Court.
