I am very interested in Human resource, I am a graduate in psychology and labour Relations from
the northwest university. I participated in peer helping program in the Northwest University which is
designed to help students with problems academically and personally. I have learnt a lot in
participating in the peer helping program which helped me gather some core values in working with
people. The values that I will add to your company are respect, honesty, discipline, integrity and
fairness.
I am currently about to finish my internship in HR which I have learnt a lot. My duties included
Terminations, Capturing, Translating, Presiding officer, Disciplinary Hearings, Recruitment, Injury on
Duty, Transfers and Reinstatement, Giving out warnings and consultations, Creating and updating
Spread sheet, Dealing with grievances and complains, Updating CCMA records, Doing Appeals,
Attending to Excessive sick leave, Administration.
I am an honest person who is willing to learn and contribute. The values that I will be bringing to the
company are integrity, fairness, results, discipline and respect. I have time management skills, good
problem-solving skills, I am a good team player and I am also able to work independently.
