My name is busisiwe veronica ntshinga am writing to express ma interest in ur customer services am 27yrs old nd i completed my matric in 2012 i can speak more than 2 languages I have further more with computer,life skills and work experience,training with retail environment during the life skills empowerment course I had an opportunity to engage with customer care I had a theory in practice during experience in training,I learned to work with customers of various backgrounds and handle them with care,patience and with respect coz I will also want to be treated as such,I strongly believe that I have all the qualities,I can assure your tht all the abilities needs for customer service,in Conclusion I want to state tht I would be very greatfull for a chance to prove my self.thank u
