Candice Mcanda

I am a highly motivated, exceptional individual, with experience in payroll, payroll finance, and employee benefits. My experience in these different areas is one of my key attributes that enabled me to succeed in my roles in meeting business objectives. I am currently employed as a Payroll Officer for a large retail group. I process payroll monthly and weekly payrolls for our chains ensuring that payroll is accurate; deadlines are met according to policies and procedures. I am have completed Payroll Diploma at the end of 2016. I have worked on multiple payroll and HR Systems including VIP People. My experience in a Shared service environment has sharpened my skills tremendously as I work with multiple entities that are governed by different policies. I have to ensure that all payrolls are processed according to the rules applicable to each entity.
