I would like to take this opportunity in thanking you for considering my application. My name is Celeste Haupt and I started my career in the hospitality industry +- 16 years ago.

I am an extremely energetic and vibrant woman with the hospitality bug firmly entrenched within me. I can work independently with ease, as well as be part of a team when the need arises. I believe that my level of maturity and sense of responsibility would be an enormous asset to an employer.

I have the ability to retain a sense of humour when things don't go according to plan and work with pragmatism, dedication and a high sense of confidentiality and believe that my zany sense of humour and pragmatic disposition enables me to develop good working relations with colleagues and guests alike.

My strengths are FOH, client liaison, banqueting, conferencing, marketing and internal graphic design, i.e. brochures, marketing material, corporate identity, menu layout, rate sheets, function invitations, press releases etc.

My 16 years in the hospitality industry has taught me the immense importance of ensuring customer satisfaction with efficient, prompt, trouble free and courteous service.
