What job i'm looking for? My positive points

I have a background in sport ,and started playing at the age of 9 years old and went on to play Super League soccer.I would like to develop youth soccer in communities,schools.There is an abundant of talent in my community and I want the youth the best they can be God created them for.I would like to be involved in this way because I'm passionate about soccer. and would like to give back for the love of the game.I can also help the youth to grow spiritually because I'm also pastoring a church.
