I am a production engineer, with +3yrs experience in a production environment of ferry alloys. My Responsibilities include managing smelter units, raw materials, electrode management, cost control, lialising with stores on spares, ensuring on time delivery of products from suppliers, technical data analysis to improve plant efficiencies , as well as managing and motivating subordinates to improve overall plant performance.
My focus is to continue learning as I believe learning never ends, and improving on my management and business skills.
