As a person I can be very shy till I know a place and people , like working with people with a goal driven positive attitude on life
I am always interested in learning more about the place and environment where I work and am very curious, will try to make a task very easy in try to figure out a away to make something difficult mre manageable
As my experience in cleaning over this 8 months I didnt know anything about the task but everyday I learnerd and grow I will always ask if I dont understand and try any thing to do for example the buffing machine I was so scared at fiest than I just take it and start doing the floors today I am training people to be great cleaners

My goal now is just to get a job where I can grow and learn and earn enough for my family
