My name is EMMANUEL M CONSTANTINE i was born into 1990 at Kahama district in Shinyanga available in Tanzania start of education of primary education was in 2000 up 2006 i joined secondary education at MWL NYERERE SECONDARY SCHOOL IN 2007 AND COMPLETED IN 2010 with science subject and i selected to join advanced level. in 2010 i did an exam of mining sponsorship. all mining in Tanzania decided to join together and form a so called INTEGRATED MINING TECHNICAL TRAINING (IMTT) which was under TANZANIA CHAMBER OF MINERAL AND ENERGY (TCME) to take all students who have a pass of science subjects which are around the mining i did that exam and i passed i have selected to study about electrical technician for three years at Veta Moshi where all mining imported their machine and area for studying there was two session on job training when you supposed to be at college and off the job training when at the field for your sponsor i was under Barrick gold mining under Bulyanhulu gold mining. as an electrician technician at the company during my studies of three years
