What job i'm looking for? My positive points
I'm currently a shopfloor coordinator /weekend manager and I working for woolworths. Been in my current role for 4years. I started as a till operator in 2013.
I have 23 cashiers reporting to me in my current role, 4 department coordinators and 5 sales floor assistants reporting to me. In my current role I am also responsible for assisting in signing off cashiers and training new intakes in learning the woolworths systems. I'm a good communicator, I can take instructions and a team player. I'm also responsible for retaining and developing talent in my current role.
